Default Electrical Q -1970

The right rear compartment - above jack - has two electrical plugs that do not plug into anything (nothing is there) what should
they plug into? Looked at the AIM and did not find anything.
Thanks!

underneath the enclosure for the jack there should be the relays and wiring for the optional horn alarm system.... other than that there is the posibility it is the wiring for the light in the middle compartment...

The alarm system could only be purchased as an option in 1970, I am not sure if the wiring would be installed without the alarm option. If your '70 has the alarm key switch above the "CORVETTE" between the tail lights, then the car has the alarm option. Mine does not.
