Accelerator Cable Difference between 1973 and 1980
I have a 1973 with a 350. I just put on a holley 4 barrel and now my accelorator cable is too long.
I was looking at my neighbors 1980 and his car has the same carb. His cable appears to be shorter and has a square plastic clip that slips through a bracket to hold it in place.
Does the 73 cable ususaly have this plastice pice which clips into a bracket or should I buy a 1980 model cable and purchase a bracket from mr gasket.
Any suggestions are welcome!
