Do not try to use Holley hollow screws with the discharge nozzles. They are too long and can wedge the check ball closed.
On the plus side I finally got rid of the off idle stumble that I've had forever. Went from .031 to .028 to .035 to .040 discharge nozzles which fixed the problem.

So what motor are you running? I have a 750 MD on my 383 and also have a stumble problem?
I use Holley nozzles, easier to come by, same stuff. You can order it from Summit or Jegs. I had Autozone order mine for me so that I wouldn't have to pay shipping. If you talk to any knowledgeable salesman at your local autoparts store they should be able to order them for you.
Should the Primary and secondary have the same size squirters?
No, try doing just the primary first. I did it the old fashion way with a .040 drill bit when I first got my demon. You also have to ensure that the pump arm causes dribble at even the slowest small movement of the throttle linkage - that is without causing a bind at WOT
My original demon actually had the pump cam installed wrong. Mine might have been assembled on Friday afternoon.
I actually dorked with everything i could and was never 100% happy. I finally had a race carb shop give it the full flow bench and dyno treatment. My demon is now very responsive.
