I've heard a lot of good things about Gary Gruhala on this forum, so 24-36 hours ago I e-mailed him looking for a hard to find part.
Today I received a reply form Gary that he has the part I need and at a fair price.
It is a pleasure to find good vendors who make this hobby so much more enjoyable.

Gary had a core support that was an NOS GM one for my 1980. He was $50 cheaper than the vendors I called before he e-mailed me himself and told me he had one and what he'd sell it for. Can't beat his service!!!

I am lucky. Gary lives about 30 miles from me and I drive up to see him. He is a first class person. Very friendly and one of the most honest people I know of. I couldnt recommend him enough. :chevy

I recently got a part from Gary that another used parts place quoted me $40 each for... :bs , but got both from gary for that price....shipped quickly as well!

I'm another Gary fan. I believe that he used to work in the factory and knows a lot about how these cars went together. Every purchase I've made from him has been a good experience. Thanks Gary.

I've never met Gary, but I have talked to him many times on the phone, ordering parts. If I ever get up that way, I would like t meet him, and shake his hand for all the good things he has done.As others have said, he will go out of his way to help you. Gteat guy to do business with.

When I dealt with him I WAS NOT HAPPY...Look I expect high prices, bad customer service, and parts that need to be returned several times(to train the idiots in the parts/shipping departments) Honestly I have never bought anything from him, but when I was looking for a 68 auto frame he answered my e-mail very fast and even offered a number for a friend who had what I was looking for...I didn't end up needing the frame but what a class act!!!!! :cheers:

Gray has also been very helpful to newbies like myself. When I got my 79 I did'nt know what I needed that Bubba had thrown away. Gary helped me. In fact I have an order inprocess right now. Jim in New Mexico
