Depends on your oil pump, etc. But 15 on the low end to 40 on the high end.

As a general rule of thumb, about 10 psi for every 1000 rpm.

Under normal conditions with 30 wt. oil and mild temperatures you should see 30-40 psi at idle when cold, and this will drop to 15-25 psi when hot assuming you're using a stock oil pump.

Many stock Chevy V8 engines/oil pumps will only generate about 10 psi at warm idle. It's not a big deal with a stock engine. If you have high-lift cam with solid lifters, you need higher idle pump pressure.

I've got the old Z28 oil pump in mine and its stays at about 55 at 800 rpm.

If you want to confirm that 10 psi is OK, you will find that information in an '69 owner's manual.
