aircon help please
here are the facts so far....
*aircon used to run fine
*took engine out for a rebuild so drained gas
*finished motor and put back in
*get aircon re gased but fans not working
*sort that out , it was just a loose connection at hi speed relay thanks to few guys on this forum
* go to test aircon again and its not cold
*i get my test light...i have power at fuse , power at all connections where it plugs in the airbox, power at fan and power under the centre console where the switches are but NO power at compressor or low pressure switch for that matter.
what you think?

In the console at the function control switch will be a 16 tan wire-you must have 12 volts on it.If you do have voltage there then that wire is cut somewhere between the switch and the compressor.Just for fun you can check the tan at the idle solenoid on the carb-same wire-if thats hot then the wire is cut before it gets to compressor.
