Engine is now out
I removed the old engine on Saturday. For those that read my earlier posts about turning the engine over by hand, I finally resorted to attempting to remove the torque converter with the engine because the crank would not budge. However, once I started pulling it, and the engine began separating from the transmission, the final flex plate-to-torque converter bolt was exposed and I was able to remove it from the top of the engine. Once the engine was on the stand, I still could not bet the crank to budge.
I hope to spend the next week or so cleaning up the engine compartment real good with some simple green and adding the new wires for the relocated oil pressure sending unit, and temp sending unit. Hopefully, I will be ready to install the new engine in a few weeks, time permitting.

As far as helper, it is usually pretty easy to get one of the kids to help because they all argue about who gets the first ride.
