New hinge bushings may help a little. There are 3 or 4 bolts going thru the hinge into the door pillar, top and bottom. Loosen all but 1 each. Then loosen the last one while supporting the door and move it up a tad. Most of the door/fender gap change is probably due to the front end sagging. Not sure how much of it you can fix without seperating the cront clip
Are your doors sagging at the rear, can you grab the rear of the door and lift up on it? If so, more than likely you need to look at the hinges closely or have someone watch the hinges when you lift on the door. The bronze bushings will wear right through to the parent hinge material, sometimes ruining the hinge.
I believe the suggestion is to run a strap around your door and support it with an engine hoist if you tackle the hinge bushing job since you need to take apart the hinges that support the door. Some guys use a floor jack and some padding to support the door from the bottom as well.

The Help! kit at the auto parts stores has larger bushings to correct for "egging" of the hinge holes.
