327/350 spark plug?

327/350 spark plug?
I have a 327/350hp motor. The plugs I found in it (just purchased car - '68) are AC r45. Napa and my corvette parts supplier show R43 as the correct plug for this hp engine. The engine # matches the car, however it now has a bigger cam, headers, aluminum intake. Any thoughts are appreciated.

AC spark plug company quit making the #44 spark plug which is the correct plug several years ago. . Therefore the #43 was substituted for the #44`s. Not correct however even though listed in nearly all catalogues. Use #45 to be safe as the above reply correctly acknowledged.
