Side Yoke/Spider Gear
I put both yokes through both spider gears and noticed that there it a tiny bit of play between them. It isn't a lot...very little. I am talking about when you put your hand on the large spider gear and try to turn it on the side yokes...there is a small amount of play (very small). Both yokes are in really good condition, and so are the spider gears. Will I be alright? Here is a video of what I am talking about.

You're talking about the play between the splines. Yes there is someplay there. As long as the splines look sharp they should be ok. measure from the face to the snap ring for the dimension, should be in the .180-.187 range. Under and you may have a problem.
