Default Rear shocks

Im trying out a 340lb glass spring in place of the old 9 leaf. Current shocks are Monroe Gas ryders. They are as new, will they be enough as I hear a glass spring likes more shock. Car wont be raced, just street driven (occasionally fast)

I tried a few different shocks after I installed a mono and the Bilstein Sports were the best by far! Night and day difference on my car!

the glass spring is not going to work as well with normal shocks, you will eventually have to go to some high end shocks (Billstein sports, etc) before you get the full value. Just my .02
