Now would be a great time to announce my "Donate some money to Golden80 so he can buy that motor" donation fund. Please e-mail me for my address to send in your checks.
Yeah, I think the point of the first post was that it was 710HP on street gas with 10.2:1 CR. I wouldn't want to have to deal with a 14.4:1 CR engine for the street.
I saw that, and yes my point on the original post is it's streetable. I could post some 500 CID blown nitromethane powered engines that they use in top fuel. Those put out between 5000-7000 HP Depending on which class they're being run in :D.
Awesome engine, but the problem would be fitting this under your hood with the Super Victor intake. And if you changed to a lower profile intake, it would probably choke it.

well in that case I'll take it off your hands.... :D :D
Merlin, I'm just ribbing you here but....Weren't you the one who thought your engine was going to fit under a stock looking hood? From your sig...I don't THINK so! :D
You got me on that one! Yup, that was me. So many things looking back seem comical - like the time estimates for completion. Many things learned on my project. Maybe given my track record for judging clearances, I should reserve comment on such items :)
