Manual Conversion?
If i decide to keep the shark, what am i looking at to convert it? I was thinking a 5 speed swap with a nice o/d for the new gears.. i know I'll need a tranny, clutch, pressure plate flywheel, belhousing and linkage.. anyone plain old convert the car to standard by itself ?? how much am i looking at?

you'r better off conversting an auto to manual then swapping a tranny in a manual car...because of the whole removable crossmember deal.
I'd say for used parts, your looking at under $2500.

oughest part to get will probably be the pedal assembly. In the manual cars, the brake and clutch pedals are an assembly that replaces the auto brake only assembly. Try a good Corvette yard:
