Yesterday I got a message from the forum adm. about this. The custom avatars are being offered to members which have been registered on the Corvetteforum since 12/31/1999, have made over 1000 posts, and have been active since 9/30/2001. Need to find a cool pic for me.... :D

Mike - during any of the forum crashes - did you forget to write to Troy (or BigToe or whomever was handling it at the time) - to have them reset your post count and join date? If not, that might be why you weren't automatically sent the message. Troy said it was only going to something under 300 people or so.
