Default Brake and Fuel Lines

I got new stainless steel brake and fuel lines and they were prebent to fit in the shipping box. I can't for the life of me remember where all the lines go...even if the lines have labels on them telling me where they go. Does anyone have pictures of the brake and fuel lines installed on the frame? Where should I buy my fuel/brake line clips from?

The brake and fuel line manufacturers all offer the clips, both individually and as "kits" for the application.

If you lay out the lines, it quickly becomes really obvious which ones are which and where they go - just straighten out the long lines where they have been marked and rolled for shipping. I just went through this, and after laying all the lines out next to the rolling chassis it was very easy to see which ones went where.

I took the front crossover line and unbent the shipping line...but I still couldn't figure out how it was supposed to fit. Maybe I am just an idiot, that is always a possibility.

I would suggest that if you are going to be doing all this restoration work that you get yourself a AIM (Assembly Instruction Manual) the one for my 71 clearly shows all the lines and clips etc.

Wow, I guess I really am an idiot. I haven't even thought about looking in the assembly manual I have. I totally forgot about it...I've been using the parts/illustration manual throughout the rebuild becaus it has all the bolt specs - the AIM doesn't. I think those paint fumes are getting to me

The front crossover line was bent for shipping? I've bought lines from In Line and Classic Lines and the only shipping bends were on the long lines running along side of the frame. I was surprised to see how the bends pretty much "disappeared" when the lines were mounted to the frame.

I bought all my fittings (clamps and brass blocks) from Paragon. The bolts were kinda expensive ($1.00 each ?) but they were similar to the originals.
