On the lap belt tag c-14 or c-15. C-14 may not have the light.

That's my dilemma with my '72. The early '72 had a seat belt warning buzzer that used a timer I believe. The later (which is mine ), used what looks like a spring under the drivers seat and wires which attach to the base of the lap belt. CCrane 72 kindly gave me the spring but my bases have no connector for the wires (the wires were under the black plastic cover under the seat). Now I'm on the hunt for correct seat belts.

Their should be two plugs under the seat. One to the switch in the springs the other to the retractor. In 74 they started using a switch in the buckle and if you don't want to be 100% correct you could use the 74-75 buckles to stop the buzzer and they would be much cheaper than original 72 retractors with working switches.
