I have a question : a fuel line intended for use with ethanol, would it be possible to use it with regular gas ?

If you are asking about flexible/synthetic fuel line, the first question would be "Where do you want to use it?" Most likely, it would be compatible with both....but you shouldn't use it where the fuel is pressurized [after the fuel pump] because of safety reasons.
