Drivers-side dash re-install..HELP!!

Just got the tach..speedo cables in...

2 things Im stumped on...

HEADLIGHT SWITCH:Correct placement of vacuum

lines?

1 is blue stripped...the other is plain black

which goes where? There are 2 inlets on the

headlight switch itself,numbered 2 & 3

SCREWS: What size/color screws go on the left side of

the drivers dash? There are 2 holes...DUH!

Ok...Ok,

I know I should have marked and took pictures....

I did, but the tape fell off its been SO long

Any knowledge needs to be shared...

i think this is the right vacuum hose arrangement:

be careful in the routing, it is easy to pinch a hose = take dash back apart

The vacuum line with the blue stripe goes on the front nipple on the headlight switch.
