is this part available?
im looking to see if i can replace the seal on the actuator rod that goes between the master ctlinder and the brake booster. I have been looking on the internet to order a new one but i havent seen anything. Does anybody know whether or not these can be found or can i reuse the one i currentlty have? This is a 70 corvette by the way, 350 SB

Now I know which seal you want. It is the power brake booster inlet seal and yes, that is not an easy one to find. It is a rubber washer wrapped over a steel washer on the backside and is part of the power brake booster. I do recall seeing one in a catalog, it might have been Zip, they are about $5 and you need to use the old washer.
The felt washer goes on the interior cabin side of the power brake booster.
I think I have a new spare one in the shop, I'll look and PM you if I find it today.
