Is it on the back of the 5 guage center console bezel? If so, mine's is connected to the clock. I've got one at the top of my tach too. But that one is not connected on my car.

Yes it is on the back of the 5 guare center bezel. It has one black wire with a male end. The clock also has a male hookup. is it connected to the clock with the male end on the clock?

The capacitors are for the radio. Look in the AIM option pages for the radio, they show up there for our 69. You well also find one under the dash for the brake light switch and on the blower motor.
