Default need help with 82

just purchased beautiful 82, the injection on the passenger side has a vacum hose not going to anything,it has a screw in it , when removed it does have vacum, does someone have a diagram,or info, thanks, stewart

Ok. heres the deal..there are several things that hose can go to. You need to buy a shop manual for your year specific car. You can buy them at a local shop or on EBAY. It will be the best money you will ever spend on your car. It tells you how to do/fix virtually everything on your car.

I have an 82 aswell. If you post a pic or two I might be able to walk you through it. It is probably goint to some emissions stuff that may have been removed from your car.

Looking at my shop manual..there are two vacuum lines comming off the forward (left/passenger side) tbi unit. One goes to the selenoid 9which sould be mounted on the TBI unit) The goes to the EGR valve and the other vacuum line goes to the air diverter valve.
