Well, I for one have nothing but good things to say about Keisler. I did not buy my kit directly from Keisler, I bought it from Corvette Central. However, there were several issues to be worked out and Keisler was behind me all the way. I know some other companies I have dealt with could take lessons from Keisler's customer service.

Keisler doesn't sell the mount seperately. They told you this, and their reason why. It's a business decision that they believe creates added value for their product. Move on and try one of the many alternatives suggested here.

You are whining.

I haven't looked at the website but was just curious. When you buy a transmission kit does it come with the mount or is that an extra?

The mount is included in the kit along with all other components necessary for the install.

IMO, that comment does show attitude. It shows a sense of humor - the kind with a slight edge to it. The C3 Forum dishes out plenty of edgy "humor". It sounds like a simple and firm "No, we don't sell that part separately... only with a transmission" wasn't an acceptable answer. I think a lot of guys here would repeat the answer with an edge hoping the message will sink a little deeper. I don't see a problem here.

That comment wasn't aimed at you Richard. I was referrring to one of your competitors who failed to keep a promise - twice. Sorry for the confusion.

I have no problem with you not wanting to sell something like this. You are up front and honest about why & I respect that. In fact, I have bought items from you to the tune of $1000 and have always found your staff to be helpful and courteous (& no it wasn't a trans mount ).
