Last week I changed my water pump, power steering pump, and alternator. After I was finished I went to start my vette. The starter hung and would not let go. It keep turning even after I Stopped turning the key. Wile I was trying to stop the starter by disconnecting the neg battery terminal it stooped on its own. Before I disconnected the battery I had power to my car, the lights and dash had power. Today I replaced the starter with a reman Auto Zone starter. After I finished I reconnected the battery and nothing happened. No power, nothing It was like the battery was not even connected. I checked everything thing I could think. I had the battery tested, it is good. Could it be a problem with the starter. I am stumped on this one. I need some help with this one.

Almost sounds like a fusible link died in the process when the starter hung. That being the reason the starter finally quit trying to start. There is a fusible link down near the starter that if blown, will make the car act like what you are describing. Check this link and see if it is blown. If it is, no biggie you can pick up a new one at Autozone.
Sounds like your fusible link died. Down by the startere there is a wire that looks like 10ga, but is really smaller inside. Easy to find, there is a little cylinder on each end in-line with it. If you pull gently and it stretches, it's bad. Take a 12v test light and check for power at the alternator, horn relay- if they're good go to the startere and trace wires.
There are 2 on the wires going to the starer wires, Why would that cause the car to have no electrical power? How would that effect the interior power?

Because all the electrical power comes through the fusible link to feed your electrical system. It is designed to "burn out" if there is too much load or a direct short. It's special type of wire that will melt without burning the coating and causing a fire hazzard.
