Default Shock Upgrade?

As I posted in my last thread, I am tightening up my suspension. My 280 rwhp makes the chassis feel a little loose. I need better shocks than stock. Given that I am cutting the stk front springs and only lowering the rear, I won't need too much more dampening. The munroe gas matics I have are not enough, what is the next level of improvement? Will KYB get the job done or will I have to spend more?

Default Anything Else?

Since I will be ordering the Bilstein Sports and 8" lowering bolts, what else should I do at the same time?

I second that. I have no regrets buying the Edelbrocks. Very nice shocks actually.

I went with the Bilstein about 4 years ago - major improvement and well worth the $. I bought mine when one of our sponsors (forget which one) had a sale for $220 the set of 4. I'll be installing the 360 glass spring as well I got last fall. I also found that moving back to the 550 lb front springs made a major improvement - not harsh at all but lost the bounciness that the variable springs had and lowered the front as well.

I've got the VB&P mid size bars and smart struts. The new tires, lowering and Bilsteins will have to do for now. Unless there is something that needs to be done w/work now.
