The hoses are new and the shaft seal is not leaking so I'm thinking the body of the pump is leaking but I can't really see where it's coming from. I think I may have done it when adjusting the pump belt with a bar pushing on the side of the pump.Is it possible the housing needs a new o ring or should I just replace it?
When you pryed on the side of the pump reservoir you may have distorted the sheet metal reservoir. I doubt that you hurt the pump housing itself. If you replace the reservoir, make sure that you replace the big o-ring that fits in the groove in the housing and seals on the big inside diameter of the reservoir.

Thanks Jim!
Is there a proper way to tighten the PS belt without prying on the pump body? It's really hidden down under the alternator and because it also drives the alternator belt it has to be really tight. I'm having a problem with belts squealing too.
