Default Bolt on Z-bar bracket

I thought the 78's had a place to bolt the z-bar bracket on to the frame. Maybe I just am looking in the wrong place, I couldn't really figure out how it goes.

Here's a shot from the top on my 71 BB, I assume it's similar.

That looks like a weld on bracket. After assembling the zbar and setting the bracket on the frame, I'm guessing they want you to drill holes in the frame to bolt on the bracket so I said screw it and got out the wire feed. welding it on was a snap since there were nice bolt tabs on it for me to get at from above.
This is what I used:

I used the same bracket - I just made sure the z-bar was 90* to the block.

If you can, post a picture.

It is a pain to get a good picture of it down in there. So much crap in the way. This ones a little blurry but I managed to get a good amount of weld on the bracket it looks like less in the picture because I went back to fill in what I missed the first time and the residue covered the other welds up. I really should have a gas welder not this flux core crap. There are welds around each tab completely. I went under the car and yank the crap out of it, didn't move so should be just fine.
