Default Window Weatherstripping

Do you have to remove the glass to install the outer felt weatherstripping. I do not have any power to my car(its power windows), and the window is up, i am just wondering whether or not the window must be taken out to install the w/stripping or if i can wait until i have power and roll the window down

The window can be in, but down ,AND the lower stops need to be released so the window can go down far enough.

Alan

There are 3 small SS sheet metal screws that hold the SS trim to the door, the felts snap into the SS Trim.
The window has to be down to get this job done, but its not hard. Hook up a battery charger to the alternator output wire and ground, turn on the key and run it down
