Appearance - Hubcap Emblems
I know many have redone the emblems on their car, but I was wondering if anyone has tried to redo the emblems on their hubcaps. I haven't really taken a minute to look how the emblems are made to see how difficult it would be, but I know mine are faded and I'd rather recondition them then spend some money that I could put somewhere else for a new set of four. Let me know what you think?

Hi VT...I also have that dilemma...even though they don't cost too much from corvette central ($12.95 US for 1 wheel cap with emblem for aluminum wheels...you can also buy the emblem only for about $6)..On one of mine half the chrome has chipped away...so unless there's a way to replace that chrome finish, I don't know how to restore. :confused:
As well, on one of the caps, the emblem colours in the crossflags is very faded...would be difficult to refurbish I think...anyone else have this problem?
