what engine to use....
so i just had my transmission rebuilt 600 miles ago and lets say my car is a beast. but now im looking for the best engine to use. i was thinking blueprints 355, what do u guys recommend. i was even thinking of going 454 but i guess the new transmission can only hand 400-450 hp and tq.
anyone know a good site were i can get great power at a reasonable price. ( don't want to spend more than 4k)

If price is much of an issue, a BB is likely out of the question. Are you opposed to building up your own 383? I'm a BB guy, but if I were to do another street SB that's something I'd strongly consider. A number of guys around here swear by them, and I'm sure they'd be plenty happy to help spec out your combo.
