had to turn my crank .010, and I have a brain fade....I'm dazed and confused as to the bearings to use...chamfered or non chamfered bearings...I'm thinking non chamfered

Chamfered bearings are required if you have non-standard over-sized radii on your journals. If you use them on a standard radii crank there's a slight reduction in bearing area, but they'll work. If you use non-chamfered bearings on a large radii journal you'll almost certainly have interference.
I would contact the shop that turned it. They could/should tell you if they turned it correctly or not. I just had an Eagle 3.75" 383 crank turned 10-10 and the shop really new their stuff. They took the extra time to mic the radius and turn it exactly like it was originally. I prefer King bearings and their Pro Series bearings are narrowed for that type crank.
FWIW: I was charged $125 for the 'special' turning where I normally get charged $75 for a 'standard' turning. These prices are for rods and mains together.
But we're only talking .005 taken off the crank. That's not enough to cause issues with the radius unless it was awful small to start. The chamfered bearings won't hurt anything. I'd use whatever you had in it last time.
