Ol one eye
Just recently developed some kind of vaccume problem where one head light pops up intermittently while driving. Also, one or both lights SOMETIME pop up then go down when the car is started. 1969. The whole system was rebuilt with new hoses, check valve, etc about 3 yrs ago and worked correctly till just recently.
So, rather then checking out the whole damm system, does anyone have a good guess as what to check first?

Often when the lights or wiper door go up when the car is first started and then settle down the problem is in the signal/control system. I would check the relay valve for the light that acts up the most.
