Hood latch release
The hood latch on the passenger side of my '82 doesn't release. The drivers side releases ok. I read on this forum about taking the side vent openings off from the fender and running my arm up into the hood latch area. Is there anything on the passenger side that will prevent me from reaching the latch area? Thanks from way2low

The A/C box will get in your way. On an '82, just pop the hole plugs out of the wiper trough wall, so you can stick a screw driver through, and pop the latch with it.
