I'm going to be doing some restoration work on a '79 Corvette L48 this spring. Before I dive into the project, does anyone have any detailed engine photos they could share? The same goes for undercar/interior photos. I'd prefer reference pictures of NCRS quality or very original cars.

Go to NCRS.org and buy their 79 judging manual,it will give the information you are looking for the restoration of your engine.It is pretty comprehensive Later Geno.P.S I have an L 82,so this is the best way could help you.

You should also pick up a few manuals for the Vette that will help you with the restoration. The GM service manual, the assembly for your year and one of the several books that give pics of the various sections of your car come to mind. These can be purchased on Ebay or through most of the Vette vendors.

I have the 78/79 NCRS manual. As always it is very useful.
