camshaft casting info

I'm looking for some specs on the cam I pulled out of the engine (69 427/390hp). The only casting numbers/letters are CWC RSCL 65 21 10and it has mechanical lifters (at least thats what I took out). From what I have found is that CWC is from Textron (the company which made the billet). Anyone have any idea who made the cam or what the specs are?
