ignition hot wire
Where is a good spot to hook into and ignition(key switch) hot wire for stuff like 6al or electric fans ect. Also where is brake switch located needed for converter lockup on 2004r. Starting engine & transmission install tomrrow. Thanks

The brake light switch is on your brake pedal arm. Get a flash light and a mirror.
Look on your fuze box and tap into a switched power source. Just be aware that there are two positions on your ignition switch. When you "start" the car, many accessories that switch on in the first position will turn off when the the car is starting, then when the key releases back to the first position, all comes back on again. Your 6al needs to be tied to your igntion, not just a "switched" source. When you start the car, you need a full 12 volts to the 6al. Get a volt meter if you don't have one.
Your fans relays can be turned on and off via a switched source but must be powered from a direct line to your battery/altinator.
