Default Supplier ???

OK, getting ready to start sticking all the fiberglass parts back on my 81. I need a tube of the urethane stuff used for windshields etc to put the pieces on the WS frame that the fenders bond to.
What is it and where to get it?
GM didn't use any kind of sealer on these parts, just 3 rivets. One reason I have been working on this thing for 2 years.

I'm not sure just what you mean, but, you mention windshield urethane, which you can get at an auto glass shop or auto parts store.

I think if you are trying to seal the triangular fiberglass panel to the new frame use the 3m-08609. It's the windshield urethane in a calk tube. I'm pretty sure of the number, I've not checked. This should work just fine if I’m right on my number and you should be able to find it at just about any parts store.

When I did mine I used seam sealer. I believe it was 3M . It will keep water away from the lower corners and the rivets.

I don't want to just keep it away, I want to make sure I have a waterproof seal under those pieces. GM should have done that when they built these things. It would have been a lot cheaper than those little rubber pieces they used and it would have worked.
