I find that very few spoilers actually look good on a C3 if the look is what you want, in which case it comes down to what you want, so pick the one YOU find appealing.
I've experiemented over the years...and increasing depth of front spoiler helps along with lowering front end an inch or so....
Ganey has posts here on that subject if you do search...get spoiler that directs air around front tires..I did not do that as I'm not tracking my 78....just street stuff...but here is how I extended mine:
Cut strip off some plastic garden edging...flexible and forgiving.....

Okay, front spoiler...big difference and a good detail to include.
Front spoilers are important. I don't know any names or kits but as Rich alluded to, a front spoiler that diverts air from the tires and scoops it up into the nose is best.
The Indy ft. spoiler designed for our Vettes w/ wind tunnel scoops up air for cooling, cleans up airflow underneath & sweeps the airflow around the front tires.
Rec. for all performance 68-79 ! I put factory 3 piece on as soon as possible, so early that the paint matches & it appears original.
