Default grease rear wheel bearings

How do I check the rear wheel bearings for wear? Also how do I grease them? I bought the car last year and feel it is time to do some maintenance. Thanks

Forget about greasing them, if they need grease then you have to rebuild them. Those grease tools or supports tapped with zerks are not recommended. One won't work and the other could pump too much grease in there.

If you take them apart you have to rebuild them.

$$$$$$$$$$$

This is one area where I would bite the bullet and get it done by someone who really knows what they are doing. Van Steel is highly recommended. Bairs is know to be good Ive heard.

If you want local:
The Corvette shop in Ham Lake says this is one of the jobs they do often, but I dont know anyone that has done it there, so cant for sure give a reference.

You can call Boos Performance as see what they say.

Have fun......Brent
