Headlight mount broke :(
Well is broke :) I was poking around the vacuuume lines the other day and I noticed that the bracket that holds the headlight to the front clip cracked. I guess that solves my bouncy headlight problem :) any body ever fix this? its kinda hard to get to and i dont really want to remove the front clip. And i want to avoid the bubba fix as well :smash: wich is all i could think of (JB weld and a metal patch). any sugestions?

Take it out and have it welded.
1. from under the car remove the 4 springs.
2.remove 6 bolts 3 per end at swivel point.
3 remove adustable stop bolt.
4 remove vacum lines.
5 remove 2 forward bracket mounting bolts
From on top
1. remove headlight assy. the braket will still be bolted on.
2 remove 2 rear bracket mounting bolts 2 each.
Pull out mounting bracket.
This whole thing should take less than 30 min.
Put it back in the same way you took it out.
I just in stalled mine last night. It was pretty easy.
Tools 1/2" socket couple extentions
small pliers (to remove and install springs)
7/16 wrench (to remove adjustable stop bolt.)
large reg screw driver (to pry assy out of bracket)
six pack of beer.

Hey Guys,
Do you know what size screws I need to put the plastic pieces back in that surround the lights? They didn't come on the car when I got it and there were no screws with them.
