69 Battery replacement
Ok, so this is an amateur question, but better to be safe than sorry. I recently got my first corvette - a 69 convertible - and I need to replace the battery. Well, I took the old one out and then realized I didn't check the +/- terminal placement. Unfortunately, the cables aren't marked so I'm not too sure. When looking down at the battery box, I believe the negative terminal is on the right side, ie. nearest the drivers side door. Can anyone help out an amateur? Thanks.

for confirmation just look under the car... the negative will be a short cable that is bolted to the cross member right behind and below where it exits the fiberglass. The positive will turn and go to the engine bay running along the top of the tranny tunnel.... goes all the way to the starter...
