OK, I know after jacking up a C3, the wheels lean in until you drive it. I have three C3s but on my 80 the rear wheels lean out. It looks like the passenger side leans more than the other. My 68 & 76 don't lean out like that. Is this an 80 thing or do I have a problem hear ?
I'm not sure. I bought this car last fall and just happened to notice it when I was following a buddy driving it. I can really see it when it sits next to my 68 & 76 in my shop.
After doing what Van Steel says, and if all is good have your rear end alignment checked and inquire in your area from other Corvette owners who they used, most Chevrolet dealers do not have good C 2 and 3 mechanics who are experienced in rear end alignment anymore.Look for the guy with gray hair!As a note any good alignment shop who knows these cars will not do the alignment until all repairs are accomplished. The shop will do what Van has suggested for you if they are proefficient with C 2 and 3's.
