Mallory uni-lite problems?

I would fix the fuel problem but he treat it as his car I will let him deal with it. my dad had a montgomery ward kit put on in it in the '70s but stop working 12 years ago. it was the same thing as a jeep gold box set up, so I got a new gold box and found that the pick up is bad. could not find that one the one for the jeep was $150 so I got the unilite. the gold box was $30.
