Need help with Turbo 350 problems.
This isn't vette specific related, but kind of close. I've got a pro-street '70 pickup I've been doing a cab off resto on, when not working on the C5. Anyway, I've got a turbo 350, manual shift kit, 3800 stall, short shaft tranny thats giving me problems. I've got the truck back together, so I tried to move the truck out to see how well the body lines look. The tranny works in reverse, stalls up engages at right rpm, however when trying to go forward (1st) nothing, tranny stalls up but no movement. Could it be a stuck valve spool? I'm going to pull the tranny and refill/new filter, but I 'm wondering if it's more than that. Thanks! :flag

I would think it could be a stuck valve, or a stuck piston on the clutch pack. I doubt a fluid and filter change will take care of it.
