Default Side Window Removal Help Needed

I have an '82 w/pwr windows and will need to take the glass out so that I can change the outer door weatherstrip. I have int. panel removed and I took the 2 nuts off of where glass is mounted. Now I'm not sure what to do. It's loose but the studs are still going throug the glass and holding. Do I need to push these bolts/studs out or ??? They seem to be holding in there good but maybe just from the years of weathering, etc. I don't want to force anything and brake the glass panel so thought I'd tap into others knowledge and experiences first.

Those studs stay in the glass. Slide the window all the way up and out. I think you have to remove some stops that limit upward travel.
