Default Muffler selection for '73

Got a '73, 4 spd, 350 with headers 2 1/2 exhaust, small cam. Looking to put Magnaflow's on and can't decide on which one. I'm looking for something that is louder than stock but doesn't make you deaf after 30 min. of going down the road. Not interested in hearing the radio, would rather hear the motor and mufflers so looking for some suggestions on which Magnaflow muffler can give me that sound. Tried to get some ideas from the Magnaflow website but nothing's better than true, actual experience that I know I'll get from folks on this site.

I,m running the same setup with a XE268 Comp Cam. I went with the stainless Magnaflows from Corvette central, they did not have them listed for a 73 so I went with 72 mufflers, hangers and exhaust tips.
It sounds throaty but quiet enough not to **** off the neighbors. Sorry, I don't have experience with them on the road yet...soon!!!

i use twin flowmasters and iam very happy with them , but you can ask to different people and they all have different answer . you'l probably have to find sound waves from the net . different strokes for different folks . be good

Just put new aluminized exhaust system on my 71 350/330hp. Has 2 1/2 in pipes and the stock magnaflow mufflers. 2 1/2 inch and 2 inch out. They sound great but not too noisey even with the windows down but great at WOT. Got them from corvette central.
