Wiper area cover
Bought one of those covers for the wiper area. What is recommended for holding in place. A dab of silicone at ends in middle so it can be pried off or maybe velcro dots or velcro strips?

The ones purchased now all usually come with Vel-Cro, but I imagine if I were going to mount one on my car I would use well nuts and small screws to hold it down. That way it's mounted solid yet easy to remove if I needed to access the wiper trough.

Well, I used some Heavy Duty velcro. Cut the pieces down to about 2" strips and mounted about 6 places. Do not want to drill holes. Somewhat hard to get on as you have to really bend a wiper blade to get it on. Don't want to have to take it off too often.
