distributor clamp
My distributor hold down clamp doesn't hold the distributor in place very well. I'm using the chrome (cheapy) one. Is there a better more solid one available?
I would just drop by a dealership but it is over 60 miles away. I know it would be an excuse for a cruise and I may go later today.
But is there a better design or quality one out there somwhere?

If you dont mind chipped crome or you can repaint it you can take the hold down clamp and place it in a vise and put a small bend in the end of it. That will help secure the distribitor better.

Rap a rag or leather around it and you may not chip the chrome when bending it!
