Electrical relay? Under counsil

Electrical relay? Under counsil
1981 Corvette

I will try to explain this , dont know what to order.
By the shifter, under the counsil on the drivers side, there is a small
(1 inch wide x APPROXAMATE- 1 INCH AND 1/4 TALL green covered relay? I suppose. It keeps buzzing, I took it off, it has s small prongs, do you know what that does, and what it is called so I can order one?
If it makes noise and wont stop does that mean it is bad?

i have no idea what its called or what it dose or if its suppesed to buzz(i would think it shouldent) but i do know that i have one if you want it for 5$
