Default '77 website, what do you think

http://temp.corvetteforum.net/c3/daniel77350//index.htm

It is similar to Tom 73's website dedicated to the 73 corvette(I hope you don't mind Tom 73, I tried to e mail you, but it kept getting sent back, if you do mind I'll take it down). Well it looks different, but will have similar information. I love the idea and want to conform it to the '77 because that is what I have, and I know there are about 49,000 other '77s out there that could use a website for information. :D

Let me know what you guys think.

Daniel

Daniel, great idea! Feel free to use any/all 1977 information from my site.

Also, ask Ganey, he has more info on '77s than anyone else here. :yesnod:

Daniel,
I like your graphics. That is something that I am going to have to learn to do so that I can clean up my pages.

Looking good.

Tom,
thanks, if you are looking for any graphics in particular, let me know via e mail and I'll make them up for you, its no problem. I will also link to your page if you don't mind. Maybe we can start some type of alliance, and try to get someone to do something similar for each year.

SuperFast80,
Thanks to you too, I will defanitly be using some of your stuff. And I will link to your page as well if its ok with you.

I just got this site uploaded. http://temp.corvetteforum.net/c3/daniel77350//specs.htm
Its still missing some L-48 information on the engine, and performances, and the rear differential information is missing too. Next I'll do production run information, but not tonight. I've gone  looking at all those numbers and little dots.

PS. SuperFast, that thing on your site about the Dreams, for the '77 vette...its SUPER COOL. I actually made my "77 Dreams" bannar in my sig before I read that...those GM advertisers back then knew what they where talking about.

Great idea - as is so many times the case - I didn't realize all the nuances of the '77’s 'till after I bought the "nothing fancy"'77 - now I'm way pleased at the: last year for flat back window; no stingray badges (we don‘t need no stinkin‘ badges); no vents in the hood/rear deck; single year interior/later model radio capability; and, of course, the overall coolness.

Would probably have loved any year just as much and will probably get an 80-82 or 68-75 rag top next- but again am way pleased the one I have.

good luck

a new update, I put up a page with factory options, their codes, and their quantities...

I'll eventually get caught up. It'll go slow for a while with christmas around.

I have a similar page for the 1981 Corvettes. Haven't finished it yet though. Still adding stuff. http://my81.corvettemaster.com

I hope so....see there are 49,000 77 vettes...I think if each one donates about $30 I'll have about 1.05 mil....minus expenses, and I'll pocket 1.05 mil...then I can sell ads and have about 1.05 mil...then stocks, and i can offer a webpage service...hopefully I'll net about 1.05 mil. :jester

But see, I'll donate that to "Restore Dan's '77"....it'll be a running article, so it'll go toward the website. Then with the other $1,015,000 mil I have left, I'll put in the bank for college. Actually I'd go ahead and but a C5...THEN put the rest in college(minus about 10K for gas and stuff, that money I'll pocket, maybe I'll go to hawaii or something)

That reminds me. I've started collecting donations. Only $30 a person...and no, you don't have to own a '77...I don't discriminate. :blueangel:
