There was one in my driveway yesterday. A friend of mine had just purchased it and was out showing it off. Just turned 100 miles when he brought it by. About $85,000. Alot of money for a Z06 with Wil Cooksey's signature under the glove box door.
I saw one go in Project X on tv, i'm not sure you can get one over the counter unless you are super man or bill gates. (looking for my cryptonite now...) One of these motors will be VERY expensive i have no doubt.
Saw one Sunday at a classic car show in Madisonville, LA. A dealer had it on display,as Capevettes said Will Cooksey signiture in the glove box,and that will cost you $85,000
What you really need is the list of the 427 names already 'slated' to get one. With economic times like these, just wait about 6-12 months and start calling that list. Someone is bound to be 'needing the money'. [And I bet it won't be $85K, either....they'll be looking to unload it.]
You can build one with more power and less $$$$. Every part is currently available for a over the counter ZL1 build with it`s actual HP that was pushing 600HP.
